Here’s an easy, nourishing recipe:
- 2 cups kale
- 2 cup raspberries, frozen
- 2 bananas
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
- 2 cups filtered or spring water (I always prefer spring- meaning fresh from the spring, it naturally has B12)
Blend till smooth and enjoy deeply.
