Hey Wild Hearts,

I’ve been vegan for 14 years (and vegetarian for 24), and I get most of my calories from fruit.

I love that Elephant Journal posted this article I wrote for them about the health benefits of fructose.  Although I share my personal experience here this is not just the benefits I’ve experienced, this is also heavily scientifically researched.
