Do you have Tahini in your cupboard and have no idea how to use it? Or you hear it’s delish but can’t quite work out how? This recipe will help. 🙂

Simple Dressing Ingredients:

1/4 cup tahini
1/2 spoon of olive oil
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup parsley leaves
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 1/2 teaspoons curry powder
1 pinch salt (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

And now blend. So easy, so yummy, pour onto any simple salad to make it burst with flavour.
