I mentioned in one of my recent recipes that I once ate oats for breakfast for 8 years straight. Here is why! Lol. This recipe in SO good!
 
If you are gluten intolerant (as I now admit that I am, I stopped eating this for breakfast 8 years ago, now I eat fruit for breakfast every day) then this recipe is not for you… you can go check out the rest of my gluten free, plant based, YUMAZING recipes! You are worth feeding your body what it loves, there is too much great food that our bodies love to spend time on what it doesn’t.

Simple Ingredients:
 
1 cup of oats
1 cup of almond milk (or any other vegan milk you like)
2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon vanilla powder
1 teaspoon coconut Sugar
 
Simple Instructions:
 
1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl or jar
2. Put it in the fridge before going to bed
3. And VOILA! Enjoy.
