MALAYSIAN POPIAH Kind of 🙂 (1 Roll / Serving)
2 large spring roll wrap
1 cup (75g) sweet turnip, shredded
1/2 cup (21g) carrots, shredded
4 tbsps. (20g) corn kernals (fresh)
2 tbsp. Peanuts, crushed (optional)
Place one spring roll wrap flat. Fill generously with the remaining ingredients. Feel free to add any sauce of choice at this point also- a vegan mayonnaise would be closer to the traditional choice, or a chilli sauce would go great too. Roll it up firmly as if making a spring roll. Slice into portions and serve.
