So you like Pecan Pie to hey? Who doesn’t? Yum!
Super Simple Ingredients
 Crust:
  • 400 grams dried white mulberries
  • 300 grams pitted dates
Cream:
  • 1 cup soaked raw cashews (pre-soak the night before)
  • Half a cup of coconut water
  • Half cup freshly pitted dates
  • Half teaspoon of cinnamon
Filling:
  • 3 chopped apples
  • half cup of pitted dates
  • 1/2 cup of raw pecans
  • 3 small sprigs of vanilla
  • teaspoon of cinnamon
 Super Simple Instructions:

 

 1. Crust: Put all crust ingredients into your blender (I use an Omniblend Australia, discount code WildDonna). Blend until they become smooth with a crust-like consistency, then press into your pie dish.
 2. Cream: Put all ingredients into the blender and blend on high. When it’s thick and smooth, spread it on top of the crust with a spatula.

3. Filling: Put all filling ingredients into your blender. Blend this on a high speed until it becomes saucy. When ready, spread it over your cream layer with a spatula.

4. Enjoy with your family.
