Weight Loss Hack #3: Sunshine…and a whole lot of fruit and veg!
Researchers have observed that people with more vitamin D in their blood tend to be slimmer.
But don’t run to the pharmacy for vitamin D supplements just yet…
While high levels of vitamin D seems to correspond to healthier bodies and lower rates of disease, that doesn’t mean supplementation will help you lose weight. In fact, it probably won’t.
Sorry, gorgeous—it doesn’t work like that… Thank goodness nature has us covered!
We just need to look at two simple choices that correspond to those higher D levels and, most likely, healthy weight reduction:
Plant-based nutrition, and sunshine.
So, get outside in nature to catch some rays, and complete the formula with fresh, whole fruits and veggies.
