Do you love mangoes? Me too! 
Here is a surprisingly simple recipe that is super fun to make with the family. Get them onboard and get messy!
Super simple Ingredients:
1 cup of coconut flour
1 cup of almond flour
1 cup pitted Medjool dates packed
400 ml of coconut milk (left in fridge the night before making this recipe)
4 mangoes
Super simple Instructions:
1. Base: Using a beater, mix all ingredients until it is able to be molded into the form of the tray.
2. Cream: Add Vanilla powder to the coconut fat (this is the fat at the tops of the tin, don’t use the bottom milky substance for this) and mix until the ingredients are merged.
3. Cover the base of the tray in coconut cream also.
4. Cut 4 mangos lengthwise into thin strips and have some fun decorating.
Fun ideas: You can spell your kids names or loved one with the mango too for extra brownie points. 🙂
