mango smoothie recipe for toddlers
Mangoes are an excellent source of nutrition, a perfect fruit for toddlers. Mangoes contain vit A, B-6, C in abundance and more in smaller portions. Ever had her first mango smoothie when she was around 7 months. Besides all of the above healthy qualities, mangoes are appealing to most toddlers making meal time a breeze for parents.
Making this smoothie with your toddlers will empower them to know what it is they are eating or drinking and to make healthy food choices in the future.
When selecting a mango chose one that smells sweet and is yielding when gently pushed.

 
         Mango Smoothie Recipe for Toddlers:
         Put 3 cups diced frozen mango chunks into blender
 
Add 2 cups water
 
Blend

Option: feel free to add 1/2 cucumber for even more nutrients.
