HIYAYAKKO Serves 1
1 block of silken tofu, drained (organic, non-GMO)
1 tbsp. ginger, grated
1 tbsps. tamari
Place the tofu upside down on a plate. Slice into 5 slices. Sprinkle the ginger on top. Drizzle soy sauce over the top. Serve. Simple. 🙂
The tofu will take on the flavours you’ve placed on top. My 2-year-old daughter could very happily have this every day!
