I get a kick out of providing metabolism increasing delicious recipes that would have otherwise been weight increasing, depressing binges. Check this one out…

Fat-Free Buffalo Wings

Ingredients:
2 heads of cauliflower

Red Sauce:
2 cups cherry toms
1 cup oil free sun-dried tomatoes (works with oil but is less fatty without it)
4 chopped carrots
1 tablespoon turmeric
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tbs paprika
1 teaspoon cayenne
1 small thumb ginger
juice of 1 lemon
A handful of coriander
1/2 teaspoon chili optional or to taste

Instructions:

1.Break the cauliflower up into florets and place in a bowl.

2. Put all red sauce ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.

3. Pour sauce all over the cauliflower florets, thoroughly massage the red sauce into the florets with your hands.

4. Get the party started by setting the oven to 180 degrees (350 degrees Fahrenheit). Bake until ready (around 30 minutes).

Tip: To keep this recipe raw (maximum nutrients, the way I like it best) use a dehydrator- dehydrate for 8 hours or simply bake in the oven at just 40 degrees Celsius (100 degrees Fahrenheit) for 2-3 hours.
