I created this page in order for you to have a constant and flowing “go to meal prep inspiration”. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and snacks are all here for your creating and eating pleasure. They’re all simple recipes with clean plant based ingredients only. Super simple! So simple that your kids can learn to make these meals for you in time too.

Is anyone else thinking breakfast in bed? Generally, kids love eating simple and Mums love making simple so here are all my favourite, delicious, recipes for you.
