banana ice cream recipe for toddlers

Bananas are an excellent source of nutrition, a perfect fruit for toddlers. They contain vit A, C, E, folate, niacin, calcium, zinc and more in smaller portions. Ever had her first banana ice cream when she was around 12 months. Besides all of the above healthy qualities, bananas are really easy to store making life easier for us parents.

When selecting bananas to freeze chose ones that have black spots and are easy to peel. They’ll have the most nutrients, digest most easily and be the yummiest for ice cream.
Making this ice cream with your toddlers will empower them to know what it is they are eating and to make healthy food choices in the future.
