What’s all this talk about Acid and Alkaline foods?

When I began researching the benefits of raw foods I began to hear regularly “acid foods” and “alkaline foods”. So today I would like to clarify what this is exactly and simply. I believe that by adopting a more alkaline lifestyle including alkaline foods and alkalising forms of exercise, you can reduce the occurrence of most diseases!

Thank you Jemma of Naked Treaties for this straight forward Acid/Alkaline Chart. It’ll all make sense when you see this chart dear readers. And you’ll see that it doesn’t just apply to a raw or vegan diet but across the board. If you have any questions please let me know.
